Увођење фискалних каса таксистима одложено до краја 2011. године, док су просвета, улична продаја сладоледа, оправка сатова и чишћење објеката ослобођени те обавезе. Порески статус адвоката биће утврђен посебним законом.
Влада Србије одложила је обавезу увођења фискалних каса за таксисте до децембра 2011. године, а неколико других делатности потпуно ослободила те обавезе, саопштило је Министарство трговине.
Како се наводи, одложена је и фискализација за адвокате, а питање пореског статуса за ту групу биће уређено новим законом о адвокатури који припрема Министарство правде у сарадњи са Адвокатском комором Србије.
Обавезе увођења фискалних каса ослобођени су просвета, односно основно, средње и високо образовање, као и улична продаја сладоледа, оправка сатова, часовника и накита и чишћење објеката.
Влада Србије је усвојила у фебруару одлуку о одлагању увођења фискалних каса за таксисте, адвокате и образовање до 31. августа ове године, због штрајкова адвоката и таксиста.
Таксисти, адвокати и образовне установе требало је да уведу фискалне касе 1. марта 2010. године.

Сериозни съкращения има в щатовете на Музикалния театър "Стефан Македонски" в София и в Пловдивското оперно-филхармонично дружество. Според директорите на двете културни институции причината е одобрената от правителството структурна реформа в сценичните изкуства.
