Paintings pulsating with sunshine
This year marks 60 years since the founding of the Sava Sumanovic Gallery in Sid and 70 years since the painter’s tragic death. The two landmarks will be recognised with painting exhibitions at the gallery of the Serbian Army House. The first is a momentous retrospective including 45 of Sumanovic’s oil pieces, compiled by Vesna Burojevic and Ljubica Jukic, which were all painted in the artist’s final decade of life. The other has been entitled Personal, Family, National, put together by Radovan Sremac, comprising photographs and documents illustrating the life of the great artist.

Procesul senatorului Cătălin Voicu a ajuns la final. Procurorii DNA au cerut 9 ani de închisoare pentru senator şi 6 ani pentru judecătorul Florin Costiniu. Totodată, procurorii au solicitat rearestarea senatorului pentru că a lipsit la ultimul teremen de judecată, deşi nu avea voie.
